BARREL-AGED 80%
Some beans are actually aged in barrels and other beans are sourced from an island in the Indian Ocean, and are characterised by the smoky notes in their aromatic profile. On the palate, the chocolate releases notes of toasted wood, smoky embers and tobacco leaves.
This recipe is created to be enjoyed with peated spirits, sweet wines, cigars, liqueurs or, for an unexpected twist, an Irish coffee.
85% VENEZUELA
This bar is set apart by its rich and fruity aromas and its delicate floral, creamy and dried fruit notes. Suitable for anyone who wants to explore more refined flavour experiences or who already appreciates the complex nuances of high-percentage chocolate.
