COCOA

By 2027, all our cocoa will be Rainforest Alliance certified, ensuring a sustainable supply chain that respects local communities. Our cocoa comes from carefully selected plantations in Latin America, the Caribbean, West Africa, and Southeast Asia, offering a wide spectrum of flavor profiles—from the most intense, bitter notes to sweet and aromatic nuances.

"PIEDMONT HAZELNUT"

The “Nocciola Piemonte IGP” is mainly grown in the Langhe region of Piedmont. Its delicate, sweet flavor enriches our chocolates with a unique touch of elegance and refinement.
 

PISTACHIO

We select the finest pistachios, such as the “Green Pistachio from Bronte” for our gelato, also known as the green gold of the Mediterranean. Its aromatic, slightly sweet flavor adds a unique and irresistible taste note.
 

ALMOND

Rich in essential nutrients, with a crunchy texture and a delicate yet full-bodied flavor, our almonds—sourced exclusively from the Mediterranean—combine with the intense taste of chocolate to create unique recipes that celebrate Italian excellence.
 

We take great care and pay close attention to detail when selecting our high-quality raw materials, which is reflected in recipes that—in keeping with the Mediterranean diet—are authentic and balanced.
